At GameGlobe, we offer free standard shipping for orders to anywhere in the United Kingdom. Your order will be delivered within 3-5 working days.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may arrange a return by contacting us via email at info@titanictoys.com within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition.

Once we have received the returned item and verified its condition, we will issue a full refund. We will include all reasonable costs for returning the goods in the refund - just let us know what they were.

If you send us a request to cancel the order before it has been dispatched, we will process that request and give you a full refund.
