Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

At Titanic Toys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer a 14-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item. To request a return, please contact us at info@titanictoys.com.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we have confirmed your eligibility, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on where and how to send the package.

Please note that we do not accept returns for items that have not been requested for return in advance.

Damaged or Defective Items:

Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the items carefully. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@titanictoys.com. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.

Exceptions:

Some items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about the eligibility of your specific item for return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

If you want to exchange your purchase for a different item, the fastest way is to request a return and then make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, we will automatically issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed and posted by your bank or credit card company.
